QuranWave provides a platform to read, listen, and explore the Holy Quran. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuranWave and its licensors. The Quranic text and audio are provided by third-party APIs (AlQuran Cloud API and MP3Quran API) and are subject to their respective terms.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
